"Thai Red Fish Curry"
There is nothing better than a tasty curry on a cold winter's night!
Whilst I love all sorts of curries, the Thai red curry would have to be one of my favourites.
For this weeks recipe, I have chosen a fish curry but if fish isn't your thing you can substitute with chicken, prawns, beef etc.
I use brown rice and omit the sugar, eggs (only sometimes) and use 1/2 the amount rice bran oil instead of vegetable oil.
It's so quick and easy and super tasty.
