I love a push-up because I truly do believe that it is a full body movement! When Im doing a pushup, its not just my upper body that is doing the work, my core is switched on and my lower body is engaged!

If you have small dumbells you can use them for the step ups and single knee lift and if not, your own body weight is fine.
